With extensive experience investing in the Richmond real estate market, the early years were spent learning the hard way — navigating incomplete information, understanding the numbers through real projects, and gaining practical insight from acquisitions, distressed properties, remodel planning, and full flip execution.

AB Remodeling Consultants was built out of that experience. I work with investors who want clarity before they commit, whether that means running the numbers on a potential deal, scoping a rehab, or walking a property with someone who has been through the process many times.
